Overview

ellaithy HR App is an internal HR operations app for Android and iOS, serving employee workflows across attendance, payroll, leave, chat, tasks, and support tickets.

Problem

The app needed major crash-rate reduction, critical bug fixes across many feature modules, and stable HR workflows for 500+ employees.

My role

I worked as a Flutter Developer on production fixes, refactoring, Firebase realtime sync, attendance flows, and HR feature modules.

Technical challenges

The main technical challenges were stabilizing crash-prone flows, supporting realtime synchronization, and handling NFC attendance, biometric attendance, and geolocation verification.

Architecture decisions

Refactoring focused on making feature modules more stable and maintainable while preserving HR workflows such as payroll, leave management, chat, tasks, and support tickets.
