Overview

ellaithy App is an internal B2B operational platform for automotive workflows on Android and iOS.

Problem

The app needed production stabilization, faster startup, faster screen loading, critical bug fixes, and better offline-aware data handling.

My role

I worked as a Flutter Developer on performance, stability, critical production fixes, API handling, offline caching, pagination, and feature implementation.

Technical challenges

The main technical challenges were reducing startup time, reducing screen load times, resolving critical bugs, and supporting GPS tracking, PDF viewing, push notifications, localization, chatbot integration, caching, and pagination.

Architecture decisions

The app used Flutter with Clean Architecture and BLoC to organize production workflows and keep feature behavior maintainable.
