Matix Suppliers Hub is a cross-platform B2B supplier management app for Android and iOS.

Problem

The app needed to support vendor workflows with strong production stability, release ownership, CI/CD integration, and performant caching.

My role

I worked as a Flutter Developer on the mobile app, using Flutter, Clean Architecture, Fastlane, CI/CD, and caching.

Technical challenges

The main technical challenges were keeping vendor workflows stable in production and maintaining reliable releases across multiple production versions.

Architecture decisions

The app used Clean Architecture to keep supplier management features maintainable, with caching and CI/CD support for production delivery.
